Camese is a very bright cybernetic technician and while running her latest project through her final diagnostics, the near-human android talks Camese into in-depth testing of all her human characteristics. Camese is reluctant at first but the clever android convinces her to give her a proper test.

Camese, who has named her project Janus 1.0 soon realizes that the human-like android has developed feelings and cognitive powers that surpass any android, robot, or cyborg ever created. For centuries giving AI creations any kind of preference, of any sort, was unthinkable for even the most sophisticated computers in existence today. The crafty android worked around the unsuspecting Camese and soon had cognitive powers.

Janus 1.0 had a preference for her destiny, her own opinion. Her own desires. The android had a preference for human females thus the android displayed lesbian inclinations even around her creator much to Camese’s surprise. Well, that wasn't her only preference; she also had a preference for world domination which she didn’t share with Camese.
