MIND OVER MATTER

In a future world where some people have mental powers, Paige's friend Amber asks for help in mastering the art of mind control which leads to some twisted results.

In a future world a bio-tech firm known as the Foundation recruits promising eighteen-year-olds who possess telepathic powers and then using their technology, enhance the student’s abilities to not only read minds but control them as well. Paige is one such recruit and a standout among her peers. Her mastery of the Abilities often has her called upon to tutor slower learners.

Ironically Amber a student, a year older than Paige has caught Paige's eye who had hopes of building a romantic relationship with Amber. The irony is that the older student has asked Paige to help her with her mind control powers. Paige balks at first because she thinks it would be awkward to take control of someone’s mind who she wants to be her friend and possibly her lover.

Finally, Amber's relentless begging causes Paige to agree to help her. As Paige feared her tutoring led to an intense sexual relationship that only lasted a short time. Both Amber and Paige remained friends but had very little contact once they split; both having moved on with their lives. Sometime later, unexpectedly, Paige runs into Amber and her new circle of friends and it was then that Paige regrets ever giving her former lover help with her mind control abilities
