UNEXPECTED ALIEN CONTACT

Lt. Cmdr. Kayley Mason runs the most advanced space station in the galaxy, a place where things are well run and pretty routine. Very little excitement interrupts that routine. That is until this morning when a scheduled ship arrives a week early trying to outrun a massive ion storm headed straight for Kayley and her station.

Quickly preparing for the worst, Kayley batten's down the hatches and hunkers down for the worst. At the last critical moment, Kayley discovers that the danger headed her way is not an ion storm, but rather a spacecraft with huge defense shields imitating an ion storm. Eventually, the alien ship communicates the need for repairs and requests permission to dock.

Kayley goes to the landing bay to meet the alien ship and its captain. Along the way to the vessel, a strange force wreaks havoc on her uniform and nearly disrupts her initial meeting with the aliens. Through determination, Kayley persists and eventually meets a ship representative in front of the spacecraft. What follows is the most unbelievable thing to ever happen to her.
