Kimberly Castle is a bona fide witch. She is also a part-time fitness trainer and a full-time lesbian. One of her recent batches of potions has had a disturbing effect on her; making it difficult for her to distinguish fantasy from reality. The potion is inhaled and has overreacted to Kim's snake and dragon fetish. In the last episode with the potion, a snake tried its best to seduce her.

The other side effect of this new batch of potions is the lingering nature of the hallucinations. All Kim's potions are designed to be temporary, lasting a day or less. But lingering effects have caused havoc for the young witch, and now it is hard to tell if she is being controlled by the inhalant or experiencing something real.

Proactively she devises a plan to test the potion in a controlled location, in this case, a party at a friend’s house. Two real cute volleyball players that go to the same college as she are her targets. Kim, thinking she’s not under the effects of the potion exposed the potion to both girls.

The effect on the girls was predictable, but Kim unknowingly breathed in the fumes from the potion while still in the grasp of the potion from earlier getting a double whammy.
